Rage Cage Newquay – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

1.1 All bookings must be made in advance via our website or in person at Rage Cage Newquay.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

2.1 All bookings are strictly non-refundable. This includes cancellations, missed sessions, and late arrivals.
2.2 If you fail to attend your booking for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
2.3 If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced or canceled without refund.

3. Alcohol & Substance Policy

3.1 We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drug use.
3.2 If you or any member of your group arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your booking will be canceled immediately with no refund.
3.3 Our staff have the right to refuse entry if they believe you are intoxicated.

4. Safety & Conduct

4.1 All participants must follow the safety briefing and instructions given by staff.
4.2 Protective gear must be worn at all times during the session.
4.3 Any reckless or dangerous behavior will result in the immediate termination of your session with no refund.

5. Age Restrictions & Liability

5.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by a responsible adult if younger – 13+)

5.2 Rage Cage Newquay is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety rules.
5.3 All participants must sign a waiver before taking part in the experience.

6. Rescheduling & Changes

6.1 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your booking. Requests made within 48 hours may not be accommodated.
6.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staffing issues, or extreme weather). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a credit voucher.

7. General Terms

7.1 By booking a session, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
7.2 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
